Hi, my name is José Costa. I am a licensed tour guide with over 8 years of experience sharing the beauty, history, and hidden gems of Portugal with visitors from all over the world.
I was born and raised in Lisbon and have always been passionate about storytelling, culture, and connecting people through unforgettable travel experiences. I hold a degree in Sciences of Religion from the Lusofona University, and I completed my professional training in tourism at the Post-Graduation as a Guide Interpreter in 2017.
I am officially licensed by Turismo de Portugal, and my guide license number is 320/2025. I conduct tours in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and specialize in both private and small group tours throughout Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Évora, Porto, the Douro Valley, and beyond.
